Looking to build a home or place a RV ready on the water, here it is in the Town of Suwannee. This lot already has an RV permit in place with concreate slab and cover (pole barn 20 x 40 ft) 50 feet of seawall/dock and floating dock. Improvements include city water, power pole and city sewer.

Just bring your RV, hook up and start enjoying one of Florida’s best kept secrets. This lot is on a saltwater canal that will lead you right out to the Gulf of Mexico and to the Famous Suwannee River. For those unfamiliar with The Town of Suwannee, it has 2 marinas, a fish camp, hardware store, food market, a couple of restaurants, and at least 5 places to launch a boat. It also offers great freshwater and saltwater fishing and is not very far from scalloping opportunities.

The lot is buildable lot with views of the Gulf of Mexico (Westerly) and overlooking the saw grass. It is one of the few places left in Florida where you can experience “Old Florida” charm.
